PAYMENTS

All fees are due at the time of purchase. Renewal fees are due before the expiration date. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

DOMAIN REGISTRATION

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry and ICANN. We act as a reseller and are not responsible for registry-level decisions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Gala Domains LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
